Typhoon Frank is already outside the Philippine territory but its mark will always be embedded in the memories of those who were affected especially those in Jaro, Iloilo. Typhoon Frank really hit the heart of Visayas so hard I can’t even imagine myself being in those people’s shoes while watching them (victims) on TV.
