Acer Aspire One 8Gb SSD: My New Toy
Yesterday, Jen and I went to buy rechargeable batteries for my digital camera and dropped by my favorite computer store in Laoag City (Infineon Technologies and Peripherals, Inc.) whose owner/manager is a good friend of mine, Kathy Navarro. She’s such a lovable fine lady with sweet smiles on her face at all times. Infineon Technologies in Laoag City is one of the biggest dealers of desktop computers, laptops, inks, and tons of other peripherals. They accept orders within Regions 1 and 2 and have the best service and friendliest staff in the province of Ilocos Norte. They have signified their intent to have an online store and I am still designing it. I hope to finish the design in January 2009 so they can start accepting orders online.
At any rate, here is Kathy’s photo. Please don’t say anything bad like she needs to lose weight, chubby or anything like that. She’s quite sensitive about the subject. Hahaha! She won’t give me discounts anymore after this if you’ll do that. lol!

And here is the Acer Aspire One 8GB SSD. I already purchased the Blue one last month as a gift to my wife but she’s too selfish to lend me her unit so I’m forced to purchase another netbook for myself. (I wish I didn’t get her one in the first place. Wives can be so demanding at times. Hehehe!)

On the other hand, I am waiting for newer models this month. I have decided to wait for new stocks to arrive before the year ends. The 8GB capacity of the Acer Aspire One will definitely be inadequate. I need my softwares installed in a cute little gadget that I can take with me when I travel. Hence, I need a netbook with more storage capacity. The Lenovo G410 laptop I purchased from Infineon Laoag is still bulky.
