Custom Quality Homes For Your Family
Every Filipino dreams of owning a home (I know nobody who doesn’t). With all the problems in the Philippines particularly inflation, owning a home is such a relief. It’s one item less to pay on a monthly basis. Monthly home rentals are sometimes a pain the butt. Personally I even find the caretaker of my apartment annoying at times because she kept texting me about the rent even in the wee hours of the morning. I can’t blame her though. That’s her job and it’s my obligation to pay the rent.
If you live in the United States (in Ohio specifically), let me suggest that you Schumacher Homes if you have a plan to build your own home. They pride themselves on their quality and attention to detail and you should consider this a good sign if you want a high-quality home for yourself and your family.

Mhy,
That’s one of the advantages of simple living fren. Here in the Philippines, however small is the house for as long as the family is together, then that’s alright.

Yeah owning a home is better than renting forever. You know, for 8 years that we’re renting, surely, the total rent that we paid for 8years is more than enough to buy our own.

Joy,
Me and my wife are also eyeing on owning a house and lot. But the way things are going, I think it will take about 10 years before I can even buy a house.
