Rika, Yes, that is true. The melamine scare is worldwide in reach. Melamine contents of milk and milk-products made in China worldwide are under investigation. In Europe, South Africa and many Asian countries, melamine-contaminated milk and milk products have been recalled since the outbreak of the melamine scare.
