Fren, lagi kasi kaming binabagyo dito sa Ilocos Norte as of late kaya natuto na rin ako na maglista. In fact I already have an inventory of things to prepare before the typhoon arrives. I just hope this post will also serve as a guide to people whose places are frequented by tyhpoons.
