Michael Phelps 8th Gold Medal Win
Michael Phelps wins his 8th gold medal today, Sunday, at the 2008 Beijing Olympics in the 400m medley relay team, breaking a tie with Mark Spitz for most golds (7 gold medals) in a single Olympic games. I was expecting Michael Phelps to win the 8th gold medal in the Beijing 2008 Olympics because of his past performances.
Wow! Michael Phelps now has 8 gold medals.
Members of the US Olympic team in the 400m medley relay team are: Aaron Peirsol, Brendan Hansen, Michael Phelps and Jason Lezak. They won in a world-record of 3 minutes and 29.34 seconds.
Michael Phelps, his 8th gold medal win and some world records are truly a celebration for the United States. Beijing 2008 Olympics proved to be a ground they conquered so well.
Michael Phelps’s 7th gold medal win came from the 100m butterfly event.
