What SEO Techniques Have You Done on Your Websites?
A friend (who is also a blogger) once asked me what Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques have I employed on my websites. Tough question to answer, really. You know the reason why?
I AM NOT A SEO EXPERT!
I do not do much SEOing in my sites (especially this one). I do a little but most times, I just enjoy writing. I do reviews on this site and other sites I own. Do you really think that is a good combination? It’s still possible but I’m telling you, if you own 5 or more sites and do 3 or more reviews per day, doing some keyword research and composing your articles for search engine traffic is not a walk in the park. Keyword research alone is time-consuming. But hey, don’t get me wrong. Search engine optimization techniques can be very good things for internet marketing. A lot of webmasters make money out of their efforts to make make their sites friendly to the search engines.
However, in my personal experiences with SEO, I haven’t done much of it but I intend to in my other sites at a later time. I am trying to stay away from doing reviews because first of all, it’s taxing. Second, I have observed that articles that I have written in a more natural way (because of natural concerns and interest on the subjects) are the ones that are searched more in this site. My observation is that, the less I do SEO, the more effective I become.

I agree with this fren plus the longer your articles the more it crawls in the search engine and you will be listed as one of the good blogs especially in the google search engine. I noticed this thing not so long ago. Pero kakatamad kasi magmaintain ng ganyan minsan.

I really seldom do SEO because of my review assignments. But in the next few weeks I’ll doo more of it. I’ll just have to do some keyword research to target the keywords relevant to my sites’ themes (especially the new sites I just put up).

Kuya, sorry can’t relate.. me na cguro pinaka dumb or stupid na blogger sa blogsphere..hehehe.. I really don’t know anything about SEO na yan, di ko magets..or shall I say di ko iniintindi…kasi naman when I started blogging it was just for fun..di ko inisip na you need to please Mr. Google pa pala..lately ko na lang na gets ang mga bagay bagay..hehehe.. hahay, feeling ko tuloy eh bumalik ako sa nursery school..andami ko pa dapat matutunan.. :[ Mabuti na lang andyan ikaw kuya, andami mo pointers! thanks po
