Technology Schools Are Growing in Number Worldwide
Technology schools here in the Philippines and abroad are growing in number. This is because there is an increasing need to cope up with technological advancements in many fields. In addition, this was brought about by the birth of the computer age which even up to this time is flourishing. Information technology is the new “in” thing during this century and digital information became the new source of power. Truly, “knowledge is power” as a saying goes.
Blogging is not an exempted field. How can you be an efficient blogger if you don’t even know the basics of your publishing tool. You can learn at home though but sometimes, the conventional schooling (or with the aid of a good tutor) will help you learn better.
In the Philippines, many technology schools are available anywhere in the country. Technology covers many areas. In Jerusalem, the Hebrew University of Jerusalem (HU) offers education in many fields of technology including nanotechnology, medicine and pharmaceuticals, agriculture and nutrition, water and environmental technologies, computer science, homeland security, and more.
Technology transfer is highly important in the advancement of a society or civilization. University technology transfer is even more important because it is through education of the people where their skills are honed and talents maximized. In choosing a technology school, it is crucial to find out ahead of time what their technology transfer services like equipment available, qualification of teaching staff and curriculum to ensure a higher level of success for the student.
