Why I Need to Get Paid Too
I’ve been writing articles for this blog for more than 3 months now and I haven’t had grabbed a lot of opportunities from any advertising networks despite the fact that I’ve been approved many weeks ago by other companies other than PPP. Sometimes I get to thinking that a blogger like me has to get paid for blogging. One of the many ways to do that is review products and/or services that a blogger thinks will still benefit his readers and are relevant to his site.
Like many of us who have been working hard to come up with good articles, I find it befitting to earn a little while engaging our readers with a couple of good articles. Taking opps is good while it lasts but my inkling as a writer is not towards blog advertising. A few opps will do just fine or else I’m going against my own principle in blogging which includes my chance to express myself and share what I know with readers. I don’t really get paid to blog but I think I have to once in a while.
This is one thing I have observed with many bloggers nowadays. Blog advertising is on top of their priorities. But who can blame them if that serves them well, right? As for me, one company that can give bloggers the chance to earn a good pay is Smorty. I find their tasks easy to accomplish and their requirements are very manageable. They are really able to connect bloggers and advertisers with balance. For those of you who want to earn some, you might as well try submitting your sites to their program and see for yourself if their services can pass your standard. I’ve tried other networks and to be honest, I’m not too satisfied with some of them either due to lack of opps, irrelevant products/services and very low pay. With Smorty, their services are simply just right for my taste.

yeah, I agree Smorty is good, but as soon as I lost my PR(FROM 4 TO 0 on my blogspot) opps have stopped coming and if they do, they are the same opps I’ve done before. one real goo thing about them is you get paid on time.

Halo Jess, when you’re making a paid post from other companies…never use the “get paid to review my post Payperpost badge ” advice lang” . TC

@ Elaine,
Yeah, I’ve seen it in your blog fren… Btw, how long did it take before Smorty pay your posts?

@ juliana,
Thanks for the info… The opps at Smorty are actually good. They have a lot in my dashboard already – 12 opps to be exact but I just can’t afford to post paid reviews all the time. I’ll take my time and choose the opps in order to (still) offer readers of this blog useful articles.

@ Lutchi,
Ok, I’ll pay heed to your advice… Thanks!

Smorty is really reliable in paying. Unlike other sites wherein they pay you after a month, Smorty will pay you after a week.

@ Jennie and Ellaine,
Thanks for your info… Honestly, I’m personally attached to Smorty for their policies which include protection of bloggers from Gooogle’s wrath when you post paid articles for PPP.

Just be careful with the links, Jessie kasi a friend of mine got her PR4 and because of paid posts, her blog got slapped after 3 weeks lang. PR0 na sya agad ngaun.
But then again, as I’ve always said, what do you need a PR for? SERP perhaps? But if you are not after a good SERP ranking, pagkakitaan mo na nga lang
Happy weekend!
P.S. Pwede makipag-exchange links?

there are more opportunities if you have your own dotcom than under the wings of blogspot.smorty’s better coz they approve posts in 5 days and you get paid on the nearest weekend after posts approval. They’d give you your first pay-out.
I skipped plenty of casino opps, which, if summed up could be worth at least $50.

Oo nga eh. Daming opps dun pero ayokong i-grab lahat. Kung grinab ko lahat di sana tadtad na ng paid posts tong blog ko… Pangit na para sa kin ang ganun… Dapat tlga may kontrol pa rin tayo.

@ Lazarus,
It’s not only casino opps that I didn’t grab. Some of them include meds ads, credit cards, etc. That was a smart move since grabbing all opps is already overdoing it (in my view).
